" I just had to write and say what wonderful service we have received as there is no opportunity that I could find to leave feed back on the web site for all to see, I bought my husband a jigsaw for Christmas which when we made it there were 5 pieces missing, I did as stated on the leaflet inside the box and sent information required along with 5 pieces, had an immediate response almost by return of post, chose and phoned replacement through received jigsaw the very next day this whole process took around 10 days including the weekend, well done you very impressed very much making up for disappointment of the faulty one. Excellent service wish all companies were this easy to deal with!"
